Ursula Nickerson named RWU Female Athlete of the Week

BRISTOL, R.I. – Senior Ursula Nickerson (Torrington, Conn.) of the RWU Swimming and Diving team has earned female athlete of the week honors for her accomplishments against Trinity College.

The senior nabbed a first-place finish in the 400 Yard IM, finishing with a time of 5:10.03. She also finished second in the 200 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:37.17.

Nickerson also helped the Hawks to a second place finish in the 400 yard Medley Relay.

The Hawks will take part in the New England Diving Championships this Weekend.
