BRISTOL, RI – The TCCC has named senior Katelin Richard (West Islip, N.Y.) Women's Tennis Player of the Week. Richard was perfect in all four of her individual matches last week. Because of her fantastic performance, the Hawks claimed two victories, defeating Anna Maria and Endicott.

Richard did not drop a set in either singles match, earning victories at both #4 and #5 positions. Against Endicott College, Richard teamed with Kristin Dono (West Boylston, Conn.) earning the Hawks their only doubles victory. RWU came back from a 4-1 deficit to defeat Endicott, 5-4, pushing the Hawks to a 3-0 TCCC record.

Richard and the Hawks are back in action against Salve Regina in Newport Wednesday at 3:30p.m.
