Men's Rugby to take part in Beast of the East
PORTSMOUTH, R.I. - The Roger Williams University Mens Rugby Club will participate this weekend in the annual Beast of the East tournament, the largest collegiate rugby tournament in the world.
The tournament is hosted by the Providence Men’s Rugby Club, and is held at Glenn Farms, located off of route 138 just down the road in Portsmouth. The Men’s team, coming off of an impressive 3-2 record this past fall, will take on Colby College at 9:40 AM on Saturday, and Union College at 5:10 PM on Saturday, with games Sunday depending on the results Saturday.
